Cross country zones
Hi bloggers today the 26/9/2019 we had cross country zones. We first had to change our clothes in school then we had to wait for the other people to come to school and put their cross country zones clothes on. After we went to huraki and did the roll. Afterwards our teacher Miss Sans picked us to go with a parent and I went with my friends mum. We had to go to Monte Cecelia put their was a lot of traffic but we keep made it. everyone was their that made it in the cross country zones, parents, teacher. We saw a lot of schools their was Three kings, Hills Brough, Horsey Drive and Marchalang. When everyone was there one of the volunteers was saying that they will lead us to the course. After they lead us to the course most of the course is easy but the killer hill is the hardest part it kills your legs we had to do 3 laps and the year 4 had to do 2 laps.So after we went around the course the year 4 girls had to get ready for their race. After a few minutes the girls started the race Waikowhai was doing good but I didn't know what place they were coming they were on their second lap and they were doing good but they were not in the lead but it doesn't matter. After they did their race the year 4 boys had to do their race 3 2 1 go and the boys ran Waikowhai was coming first then after we couldn't see them when they came in their second lap one of the Waikowhai was coming third. When they came on their to the finish line our waikowhai person was keep third and that was good. Then it was the year 5 girls time to do their race. They started of and they were in a good place and the they vanished they came to their second lap and the Waikowhai girl was fifth place they had to do another lap because they were year 5. They came to their third lap last lap and the year 5 girl was in the same place when they came to the finish line
Hi Yousuf, it's Aahana from Te Waka Ako.
ReplyDeleteI really liked hearing about Cross Country Zones. Cross Country Zones sounds fun! But maybe next time you could add some photos from the day because I don't how much fun you had. Also next time you could make sure your sentences make sense. This reminded me of how fast at running you are like your sister, Maryam!
Bye! And make sure to check out my blog!

Hi Yousuf I am Maryam, yes your big sister. Your comment is really interesting, did you give this to the teacher before posting it because Hauraki does not have a capital H and when there is a full stop there is no space after it. But I really enjoyed reading you post keep up the good work, the thing that I liked the most about it was how you extended you text. Here is my blog if you would like to visit it
